No-Detention Policy improved the learning outcome of
students? 58.82% of principals responded ‘Yes,’ while the
remaining 41.18% said ‘No.’” The responses reflect mixed
perceptions, suggesting the No-Detention Policy’s impact
on learning outcomes remains uncertain” (Figure 4.27).
