RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
58. When school principals were asked, ‘Do the training
programs provide 21st-century skills (e.g., critical
thinking, digital literacy)?’ the survey results show
that 88.24% responded ‘Yes,’ while 11.76% said ‘No,’
indicating that most training programs focus on equipping
teachers with essential 21st-century skills (Figure 4.58).
