57. When school principals were asked, ‘How often do teachers at
your school get training?’ the survey results show that 58.82%
said ‘Annually,’ 29.41% said ‘Rarely,’ 9.80% said ‘Every 2-3
years,’ and 1.96% said ‘Never,’ indicating that most teachers
receive annual training, though a significant number receive it
less frequently (Figure 4.57).
