RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
46. When school principals were asked, ‘Does your school/institution
have access to ICT tools (computers, tablets, internet, etc.)?’ the
survey results show that 86.27% responded ‘Yes,’ while 13.73%
said ‘No,’ indicating that most schools have access to ICT tools,
though a significant minority still lacks this access (Figure 4.46).
