41. When school principals and headmasters were asked, ‘What
areas of school management does the SMDC/SMC primarily
focus on?’ the survey results show that 49.02% focus on
academic performance, 21.57% on infrastructure and facilities,
11.76% on teacher and staff support, 1.96% on financial
management, and 15.69% on student welfare and safety,
highlighting a strong emphasis on academic performance and
student welfare ( Figure 4.41).
