4. When asked, “How well-equipped do you feel to implement
NEP 2020 principles in your classroom after the training?”,
39.25% of the teachers felt moderately equipped, 25.81% felt
slightly equipped, 17.74% felt well equipped, 12.37% felt not
equipped, and 4.84% felt very well equipped. This shows that
while a majority of teachers feel at least moderately prepared
to implement NEP 2020 principles, there is still a significant
portion who feel less equipped or unprepared (Figure 4.4).
