2. When asked, “Have you received any training or orientation on
NEP 2020?”, 60.75% of the teachers responded affirmatively,
indicating that they have received training or orientation on
the policy, while 39.25% No, this suggests that a majority
of the teachers in District Budgam have been exposed to
professional development related to NEP 2020, although a
significant portion has yet to receive such training (Figure 4.2)
